The management of the Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, has officially released the Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening Form for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified JAMB Direct Entry (DE) candidates seeking admission into the University’s undergraduate programmes. Interested applicants are advised to carefully read the admission requirements and complete their online application before the deadline.

Eligibility

Candidates are eligible to apply if they satisfy the following requirements:

• Must have selected Federal University Otuoke as their first-choice institution during the 2026 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) registration.
• Must possess any of the following qualifications in relevant disciplines:
  • NCE
  • OND
  • HND
  • First Degree
  • A’Level Certificate
• Must also meet the required O’Level requirements for their chosen course of study as contained in the FUOTUOKE admission brochure.
• Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE as their first-choice institution but wish to study at the University must first process a Change of Institution through the JAMB portal before applying.

Application Fee

Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.

Candidates are expected to print their DE Screening Schedule Slip, which will indicate the date and other details of the screening exercise.

Applicants should note that:

• Candidates whose academic qualifications are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
• Any candidate who provides false information or falsifies O’Level grades or State of Origin will be automatically disqualified.
• The University reserves the right to verify all credentials submitted during the admission process.
