FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, OTUOKE (FUOTUOKE) IMPLEMENTS “NO ID CARD, NO ENTRY” POLICY ACROSS ALL CAMPUSES

​The Management of the Federal University Otuoke wishes to inform all students and staff that effective July 1, 2026, the university will commence the full implementation of the “No Identity Card, No Entry” policy across all campuses.

​Consequently, all students and staff members are strictly required to display their ID cards at all times while on university premises. Identity cards are currently available for collection at the ICT Department.

Please ensure you use the appropriate card casing provided: Students must wear Black Coloured casings, while Staff must wear Green Coloured casings. Everyone is strongly advised to comply with this development to ensure smooth entry into the university.
