FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES, KACHIA (FUASK) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK), has released details for its 2026/2027 undergraduate admission exercise and second Post-UTME screening.
Suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the university’s various undergraduate programmes are invited to apply.
Candidates who did not initially choose FUASK as their first-choice institution but are interested in studying at the university are advised to process a change of institution and course through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
UTME Candidates
Candidates seeking admission through UTME must:
- Have participated in the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain a minimum score of 170.
- Possess at least five relevant O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Obtain the required O’Level credits in not more than two sittings.
- Ensure their O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS.
Candidates who did not initially select FUASK as their first-choice institution are required to change their institution to the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia through JAMB.
Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry applicants must:
- Complete the JAMB Direct Entry registration.
- Possess five relevant O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Possess a relevant A-Level qualification, including IJMB, National Diploma with at least Lower Credit, or Cambridge A-Level results.
FUASK SECOND POST-UTME SCREENING DATE
The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia has scheduled its second Post-UTME screening exercise for:

Time: 9:00 AM daily
Venue: University Auditorium, Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia
Candidates are expected to attend the screening according to the schedule for their respective faculties and programmes.

HOW TO APPLY
Interested candidates should visit the FUASK application portal and create an account by selecting “New Applicant.”
After creating an account, applicants are required to pay the application fee of ₦2,000.
Payment can be made directly with an ATM card or through a generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) at a bank.
After successful payment, candidates should complete all the required forms through their application dashboard and submit their application.
Applicants are advised to print the completed application form and present it at the university’s Admissions Office on the day of the screening.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SCREENING
Candidates are required to come with the originals and photocopies of the following:
- O’Level result(s)
- 2026 UTME Result Slip
- UTME Registration or Change of Institution Slip
- Two passport photographs
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Indigene Certificate
- Application payment receipt
- Completed application form
Candidates should note that failure to attend the screening exercise may affect their chances of being considered for admission.

Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate. They should also ensure that their O’Level results have been properly uploaded to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
