The management of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has invited suitably qualified candidates seeking admission for the 2026/2027 academic session to apply for admission into its six newly approved undergraduate degree programmes.

The invitation follows the approval granted by the National Universities Commission (NUC), authorizing the University to commence the programmes on a full-time basis from the 2026/2027 academic session.

Newly Approved Degree Programmes

The newly approved undergraduate programmes are:

• B.Sc. Geophysics
• B.Sc. Public Health
• B.Sc. Biotechnology
• B.Sc. Science Laboratory Technology
• B.Sc. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
• B.Sc. Clothing and Textile

Who Can Apply?

Candidates who are interested in any of the newly approved programmes and meet the University’s admission requirements are encouraged to apply.

Applicants who did not initially choose these programmes are advised to visit any JAMB-accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre to process a Change of Course to their preferred programme.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates should:

• Visit any accredited JAMB CBT Centre nationwide.
• Request a Change of Course to any of the newly approved FUNAAB programmes.
• Ensure they meet the admission requirements for their chosen programme.
• Complete all necessary admission procedures as directed by the University.
