The Rector, Dr. Emmanuel Tyover Ashinya Dajoh, on behalf of the Management, Staff, and Students of the Polytechnic, cordially invites the general public to the 4th Matriculation Ceremony of the institution. This event marks the formal admission of our newest cohort of students into the polytechnic community and their commitment to academic and technical excellence.

Matriculation is a mandatory academic rite of passage. All newly admitted students must strictly adhere to the following:

• • Punctuality: Matriculants must be fully dressed in their academic regalia and seated at the venue by 9:30 AM to allow for the formal academic procession.

• • Academic Gowns: Ensure that all necessary fees are paid and academic gowns are collected from the designated collection points prior to the day of the ceremony.

• • Oath of Allegiance: All students will be required to participate in the formal administration of the Matriculation Oath, signifying their adherence to the rules and regulations of the Polytechnic.
