The management of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) has released the names of some candidates who met the cut-off points established across various programmes, but are yet to be admitted due to;
1. Failure or improper uploading of their results on CAPS, or
2. Deficiency(ies) in their O’level results
The affected candidates have been given 48 hours of grace (from the date of this notice) to either upload their results at any CBT centre or risk forfeiting their admissions.

Make payment for University of Calabar acceptance fee payment on E-tranzact.
Collect an E-tranzact printout from the bank.
Log on to www.myunical.edu.ng
Click on Acceptance Fee Payment or www.myunical.edu.ng/acceptance
Type your Jamb registration number/ CES form number, Phone number and the confirmation order number on the E-tranzact printout from the bank to generate your acceptance fee receipt.
Printout your acceptance fees receipt.
Proceed to your department for screening before payment of school fees.

The authorities of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) have released the first batch admission list of successful candidates at the university last Post UTME screening exercise.
UNICAL admission list contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the various first degree programmes offered by the university.
Candidates who choose University of Calabar and sat for the 2019/2020 PUTME screening exercise are by this notice, advised to check their admission status online.

Login with the JAMB Reg Number to access your UNICAL admission status.
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to go to JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer — How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.
NOTE:
Candidates whose names appear on this list are please advised to login to JAMB portal to either ACCEPT or REJECT their admission offers within 72 hours from the date of this publication, failure which the admission may be REVERSED.
Those YET-TO-BE admitted and whose scores fall within the approved cut-off mark with the required subject combination are advised to check the school portal regularly to know their admissions status.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Notice to Postgraduate Students
The management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) wishes to inform all postgraduate students that in-order to ensure a timely graduation that the following measures has been put in place:
a. With effect from 1st October, 2019, PG students shall no longer be required to present Departmental Internal Defense.
b. Overstay students should be required to complete the on-going student audit on or before 31st December, 2019.
c. The overstayed students who have completed their course work should be given a deadline of 31st March, 2020 to graduate. However, such students shall be required to pay all outstanding fees up to 2018/2019 session without paying extra fees.
This decision shall further be ratified by the Senate.

DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION
Direct entry admission is based on a combination of O’Level results in addition to possession of at least two A-Level passes or NCE,OND OR HND in the following areas of study; Agricultural Sciences, Sciences, Science Education, Geography, Forestry, Fisheries, Building Technology, Environmental Health, Surveying, Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, etc.
DURATION OF PROGRAMMES
A. Duration of programmes in 1, 2, & 3 above.
A minimum of six (6) years for candidates with:
Ordinary Level Certificate
OND/ND at Lower Credit level
NCE at Merit/Credit levels
A minimum of five (5) years for candidates with:
OND/ND at Upper Credit level
NCE at Distinction level
HND at Lower Credit Level
A minimum of four (4) years for candidates with:
HND at Upper Credit level.

A minimum of five (5) years for candidates with O’Level qualifications
A minimum of four (4) years for candidates with OND at Upper Credit Level and HND, at Lower Credit in relevant areas, obtained from recognized institutions.

How to Apply for MOUAU Part-Time Admission Form.
Applications forms can be obtained from room 6 (B.Sc. Unit CEC) of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, on payment of non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Naira (N 5,000) through remitter into the TSA account . Candidates should bring their evidence of payment to the CEC for issuance of receipt and collection of application forms.

Candidates who can successfully view their admission status on the University’s Portal are candidates who have been granted admissions and have uploaded their O’level results to the JAMB Website.

That admitted Candidates should endeavour to print their MOUAU Admission letters first before accepting the admissions on the University (MOUAU) Portal.

Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU) Acceptance Fee Payment and Registration Procedure for 2019/2020 Newly Admitted Candidates
Following the release of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU admission list, the management of the institution released the acceptance fee payment and registration procedures for the newly admitted candidates.
MOUAU Registration Procedure for Fresh Students.
Summary:
After printing acceptance and accepting admission.
Pay Acceptance fee.
Go for departmental clearance at your department and obtain the Departmental Clearance form.
Proceed to Admissions office in Room 126 for signing and stamping of the Departmental Clearance form.
Then pay for Accommodation.
Then pay school fees/ charges.
Proceed to fill the Biodata form after which the matriculation number is generated.
Proceed to online registration of courses.
Then Identity Card procedure
Collection of Class Admit cards.
A. ACCEPTANCE
1. Candidate visits www.mouau.edu.ng or www.mouauportal.edu.ng
2. Candidate clicks on “Check your admission status”. If candidate was offered admission, the admission letter comes up, the student is required to print this letter.
3. Student now clicks on Accept Admission. This is at the bottom of the Page.
4. Once Admission is accepted, the student is led to accept and print out a pledge form.
5. The system now leads the student to Acceptance Fees screen
6. Student’s details shows up on the Acceptance fees platform. There is a tab labelled ‘Pay/paid via’, student should click on the drop down menu and choose pay using Remita Payment Gateway and then execute the Submit button.
7. Remita link is now displayed. Student should click on the “Make Payment” button. The Remita payment secured platform shows up. Student details are displayed. Student can select either “Internet Banking”, “Master Card” or “Visa”.
a. If student is paying with internet banking,student should select Internet Banking Option and his/her bank and click on Submit button. A payment invoice is generated, which contains the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). At the bottom right of the payment invoice, student clicks on the “proceed to Internet Bank” option, signs in with his/her existing bank details and proceed to make payment. A payment receipt is sent to registered email address.
b. If student is paying at local bank branch, student should equally select Internet Banking Option and select ANYBank, click on Submitbutton. A payment invoice is generated, which contains the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). At the bottom right of the payment invoice, student clicks on the “Print Invoice” option, prints this invoice page and proceeds to any bank for payment, after which a payment receipt is issued to the student at the bank.
c. If student is paying via ATM card, (Master or VISA cards ONLY) the student should click appropriate card type, and enter card details. A payment receipt is sent to registered email address. P.S: If you are paying online (Internet Banking or via ATM cards), ensure that you print out your payment receipt!
B. DEPARTMENTAL CLEARANCE
At this point, the student proceeds to the Department for screening of credentials. The following credentials are required.
1. Original copies of their education qualifications (Statement of Results/Certificates). Awaiting Results will not be accepted.
2. Six Passport size photographs.
3. Birth Certificate /Age Declaration.
4. A letter of attestation to University from Parent/Guardian vouching for ward’s good behaviour.
5. Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
6. Original Jamb utme result slip (printed from Jamb platform)
7. Original Jamb Admission letter (printed from Jamb platform) The end-point of the departmental clearance/screening is the issuance of the signed Departmental Clearance form by the departmental officer to the student. Proceed to the Admissions Office in Room 126 for signing and stamping of the Departmental Clearance form. Then proceed to the PORTAL OFFICE for online clearance with documents as approved by the Departments. The portal then enables student to move up to the Accommodation platform for payment of accommodation.
C. ACCOMMODATION
Once the payment is made, if it was done online, the system will redirect the student to pay for Accommodation fees Once Payment is done for Accommodation, Kindly report to the Dean of Students’ Affairs Office for allocation of bed space If there is a delay in getting Allocation, Kindly report back to the Admissions Office
1. The payment procedure is same as Acceptance fees payment. Once the payment is made, if it was done online, the system will redirect the student Departmental Clearance Stage.
2. If payment was made at the local bank branch however, when the student returns to the Portal, student now clicks on Student admission process—> Application Process-Regular—>PUTME. Student is required to enter JAMB number and system leads the student through to the stage at which student stopped in registration process.
3. b. If Student is a DE (Direct Entry) candidate, then the student returns to the Portal, student now clicks on Student admission process—> Application Process-Regular—>Direct Entry. Student is required to enter JAMB number and system leads the student through to the stage at which student stopped in registration process.
D. SCHOOL FEES
Student is now led to pay School fees online via the same Remita Gateway. Payment procedure is same as Acceptance and Accommodation.
E. MATRICULATION NUMBER/ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION
1. Student is now redirected to fill a Biodata form which now auto generates a Matriculation Number for the student and subsequently register for his/her 100L (or 200 & 300L for DE Students) courses.
2. Once Biodata, is done, student proceeds to the Department to collect the original copy of school fees receipt. With this receipt, student proceeds to the ID card Unit to capture and hence collect the School ID card. NOTE: Student will be required to create a username and password whilst filling the Biodata Form. Please keep these details safe and secure as you will always use them to access your personalized section of the portal. NOTE: The Registration process runs for the whole of first semester. Any student who does not complete his/her registration by the commencement of first semester’s Exams will be defaulted and will need to pay a late registration fees at the Bursary Unit before the student can go on to the next stage.
F. IDENTITY CARD
Student is required to obtain the original school fess receipt from his or her College/Department from the College Accountant domiciled at the College/Department. Student then proceeds to the portal office with the original receipt and one passport photograph for identity card capture. Students who have registered their courses should obtain Class Admit Cards from their Heads of Departments to enable them attend lectures and sit for their examinations.
Note: any student who has not paid his/her school fees before the end of second semester exams, forfeits his/ her admission and will no longer be our student.

The list of candidates offered provisional admission into the various undergraduate programmes of the Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA), Yobe State, for the 2019/2020 academic session has been released.

How to Check Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA) Admission List.
Currently, you can only access your FUGASHUA admission status from JAMB admission status checking portal, follow the procedure outlined below:
Go jamb.org.ng/efacility.
Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your FUGASHUA admission status.
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to go to JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer — How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.
Not Yet admitted? Note that the Admission List will be published in batches as they are processed. Candidates are therefore advised to keep on checking online.
Candidates who did not upload their result as at the time of their JAMB application (Awaiting Result) should do so immediately by visiting any Computer Based Test (CBT) Centre nearest to them to upload their O’Level results on JAMB website.

Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) JUPEB Admission Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session [LATE APPLICATION]
The Continuing Education Centre of Federal University Oye-Ekiti invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Programme for 2019/2020 Academic year commencing from September 2019.
UPEB is a national examination board approved by the Federal Government to conduct examinations for students with approved subject combinations for direct entry admissions into tertiary institutions. Candidates would be admitted to 200 level in Federal University Oye Ekiti or any other university that is affiliated to the JUPEB programme after fulfilling the conditions for admission as required by FUOYE or any other university of their choice. At the end of the programme certificates of Direct Entry admission would be issued to the students. Please visit: jupeb.edu.ng for further information.
Please note that the closure of the University DOES NOT affect JUPEB Programme. Lectures are already in progress.
Late application forms can be purchased online via Continuing Education Centre Oye (CECO) website. Entrance Screening Examination now holds every Tuesday at FUOYE JUPEB Study Centre, Ilupeju Ekiti by 10:00am.
FUOYE JUPEB Duration and Admission Requirements.
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME: The programme shall run for One academic session of Two semesters beginning from September 2019 to July 2020. During this period, students would be exposed to broad based intensive academic training which would prepare them for the JUPEB examination.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS INTO THE JUPEB PROGRAMME: Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 ‘O’ level credits (SSCE/WASCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB), including English Language obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses at FUOYE or any other university.

On the Name of MDA field: Type/Select “Federal University Oye-Ekiti – 1000134”
Under Name of Services/Purpose select “PROJECT”.
In the description field, type in: 2019/2020 JUPEB.
Enter the amount to be paid e.g 10,500
Enter the other information i.e Payer’s Email and Payer’s Phone
Proceed to Payment.
Read the requirement for your courses first before registration
Begin your screening with your Remita Retrieval Reference
Update the relevant fields and continue
After 24 hrs of payment, visit Federal University Oye-Ekiti website http://ceco.fuoye.edu.ng/jupeb with your Remita Receiver Reference No. (RRR) to continue your registration.

Candidates are required to submit a valid e-mail address and a cell phone number during registration.
Complete the O’ Level section with the required 5 O’ level credits for the applied course in either one (1) or two (2) sittings
GENERAL INFORMATION
All candidates would be required to register for JAMB Direct Entry
Candidates who voluntarily withdraw from the programme would not be refunded.
Students who failed the Final JUPEB Examination may have the opportunity to reapply and repeat the programme.
