Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti (BOUESTI), has released the academic calendar for the 2026/2027 academic session for undergraduate students.

The academic calendar for the first semester is as follows:

1. Week 1, Sunday, 25th to Saturday, 31st October, 2026: Resumption for Fresh Students

2. Week 2, Sunday, 1st November, 2026: Resumption for Returning Students

3. Week 2, Monday, 2nd November, 2026: Faculty-Based Course Exposition

4. Week 2, Monday, 2nd to Friday, 6th November, 2026: Online Screening and Registration for Fresh Students, Orientation for Fresh Students, Online Registration for Returning Students

5. Week 3, Monday, 9th to Friday, 13th November, 2026: Lectures begin for all Students

6. Week 3, Monday, 9th to Friday, 13th November, 2026: Orientation for Fresh Students continues

7. Week 4, Monday, 16th to Friday, 20th November, 2026: Lectures continue, Basic Continuous Assessment

8. Week 5, Monday, 23rd to Friday, 27th November, 2026: Lectures continue, Late Registration with Penalty

9. Week 6, Monday, 30th November to Friday, 4th December, 2026: Lectures continue, Late Registration with Penalty continues

10. Week 6, Friday, 4th December, 2026: End of Registration and Closure of Registration Portal

11. Week 7, Monday, 7th to Friday, 11th December, 2026: Lectures continue, 1st Continuous Assessment

12. Week 8, Monday, 14th to Friday, 18th December, 2026: Lectures continue

13. Saturday, 19th December, 2026 to Sunday, 3rd January, 2027: Christmas and New Year Break

14. Week 9, Monday, 4th to Friday, 8th January, 2027: Lectures continue

15. Week 10, Monday, 11th to Friday, 15th January, 2027: Lectures continue, Consideration of Results by Senate
