ABUBAKAR TAFAWA BALEWA UNIVERSITY (ATBU) SCHOOL OF POSTGRADUATE STUDIES COMMENCES STUDENTS’ SECOND SEMESTER REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to formally inform and bring to the attention of all postgraduate students, as well as the entire university academic community, that the official portal for the Second Semester registration exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has been formally opened.

​The registration process is scheduled to commence on Monday, 29th June, 2026, and will remain open until Friday, 31st July, 2026. All returning and fresh postgraduate students are expected to utilize this designated period to complete all their necessary academic registrations.

​To ensure a seamless process, all students are strictly advised to log on to the dedicated institution registration portal at http://pgatbu.safsrms.com. Once accessed, students must carefully input their details, complete the course registration forms, and finalize all necessary documentation within the approved stipulated period. Please note that compliance with this timeframe is vital to avoid any complications with academic records.

​Consequently, all Heads of Departments (HODs) and departmental Postgraduate Coordinators are requested by this notice to kindly ensure the wide circulation of this memorandum across their respective faculties, departments, and notice boards. It is imperative that the information reaches every postgraduate student under your supervision to ensure strict compliance and to prevent students from missing the registration deadline.
