FEDERAL UNIVERSITY GASHUA (FUGASHUA) EXTENDS POST-UTME SCREENING REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of the Federal University Gashua (FUGASHUA), Yobe State, has formally announced an extension of the online Post-UTME screening exercise for prospective candidates seeking admission into various undergraduate degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The announcement was published in a Special Edition of the institution’s official bulletin (FUGA Bulletin, Vol. 6, No. 35) on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, and signed by Musa M. Musa Dagona, Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs Division), on behalf of the Registrar.

Details of the Extension Window

To accommodate prospective applicants who were unable to register during the initial timeframe, university management approved a three-week extension.

The revised screening registration timeline is structured as follows:

* Extension Commencement Date: Tuesday, 13th October 2026.

* New Closing Date: Tuesday, 3rd November 2026.
