FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, DUTSE (FUDUTSE) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Federal University Dutse (FUD) hereby invites suitably qualified candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates to participate in the Online Screening Exercise for admission into the University’s undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
1. COMMENCEMENT OF ONLINE SCREENING
The Online Screening Exercise shall commence on Tusday 7th July, 2026 and end on Monday 10th August, 2026.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
i. Must have chosen Federal University Dutse as their First Choice Institution in the 2026 UTME.
ii. Must have obtained the minimum approved UTME score for the programme applied for.
iii. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma (ND) level or at least 8 points in NCE/IJMB or equivalent qualifications.
iv. Candidates must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
v. Participation in the Online Screening Exercise is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission into Federal University Dutse for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
3. SCREENING FEE
The Online Screening Fee is Three Thousand Naira (₦3,000.00) only, excluding bank charges.
4. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Candidates are required to:
i. Visit the University Post-UTME Portal https://www.putme.fud.edu.ng
ii. Log in using their UTME/DE Registration Number and State of Origin as password.
iii. Update your biodata, including date of birth, email address, phone number, state and local government area.
iv. Generate an Invoice and Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
v. Pay the sum of ₦3,000.00 through any commercial bank including FUD Microfinance Bank or online payment platform.
vi. Return to the portal and complete the online screening form.
vii. Upload genuine and authentic copies of:
➢ O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent) not more than two sittings
➢ A’Level/IJMB/NCE/ND results (where applicable);
➢ JAMB result slip;
➢ Recent passport size photograph.
viii. Carefully review all information provided and submit the application.
ix. Print the completed Online Screening Acknowledgement Slip for future reference.
x. Print Acknowledgement Slip.
Candidates are advised to ensure that the information supplied during registration is accurate and verifiable.
NOTE:
a. All Candidates should print the following;
i. Evidence of Remita Payment Receipt
ii. Acknowledgement Slip
iii. JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips;
b. All candidates are advised to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB website.
c. Candidates are expected to adhere strictly to the closing date of the online screening exercise.

The public is hereby informed that the University is in the process of mounting new programmes.
These programmes are currently undergoing final approval to appear on JAMB Central Admissions and Processing System (CAPS). As soon as approval is concluded, details on the programmes, requirement and how to apply will be publicized on the University’s website and Official FUD Newsletter social media handles.
