AL-ISTIQAMA UNIVERSITY, SUMAILA RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of Al-Istiqama University, Sumaila wishes to inform interested candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that the online application and screening portal has officially opened.

Candidates who possess the appropriate UTME subject combinations and meet the institutional cut-off marks are invited to apply.

Important Dates

Application Opening Date: Friday, 29th May, 2026

Application Closing Date: Monday, 1st August, 2026

Mandatory Pre-Requisites

Before beginning the application process, candidates must ensure that Al-Istiqama University, Sumaila is selected as their First Choice of institution.

Note: Candidates who did not originally choose the University but now wish to apply are required to immediately visit any JAMB-approved CBT Center to complete a Change of Institution.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Eligible candidates are required to complete their registration through the dedicated admissions portal by following these steps:

Access the Portal: Visit the dedicated admission portal at https://ausu.admissions.cloud

Navigate to Forms: Click on the “Admission” tab on the homepage.

Select Form Type: Select “Online Form” from the drop-down menu.

Initiate Registration: Click on “New Application.”

Account Creation: Enter your First Name, Last Name, Other Name, and Phone Number (which will serve as your Username). Click “Create My Account.”

Account Login: Log into the portal using your newly registered Phone Number and Password.

Program Selection & Payment: Choose “Degree” as your Application Type and proceed to pay the non-refundable screening fee of N20,300.

Form Completion: Accurately fill out all required bio-data and academic fields. Upload a recent passport photograph (file size must be between 100Kb and 400Kb), then click “Submit.”

Monitor Progress: Check your application dashboard regularly to view updates on your admission status.

Await Screening: Wait for the official announcement regarding scheduled dates for the Physical Screening exercise.
