OGUN STATE POLYTECHNIC OF HEALTH & ALLIED SCIENCES RELEASES POST-UTME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to notify all prospective applicants and the general public that Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the sale of Post-UTME forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.

​Post-UTME Admission forms are available for the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) courses listed below at the rate of Two Thousand Naira Only (₦2,000).

​Admission Requirements

​A. Eligibility

​Applicants must have chosen the institution as their first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored 100 and above, OR apply for a change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre to make OSPOHAS their first choice.

​Interested applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by September 30, 2026.

​B. O’Level Requirements

​Five (5) O’Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

​C. HND Requirements

​A National Diploma (ND) result with a grade not less than Lower Credit in a relevant course from a recognized Polytechnic or College of Health Technology.

​National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter.

​Five (5) O’Level Credits as stated in the O’Level requirements (Section B) above.

​Compulsory one (1) year internship or SIWES (except for straight programmes).

​Mode of Application

​Applicants with a 2026 JAMB score of 100 and above are to obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form online through the official school portal:

​Note: There are no POS transactions or manual processing.

​Important Notice: Hostel accommodation is compulsory for all admitted students.
