FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, OFFA RELEASES ND PART-TIME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Federal Polytechnic, Offa invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) Part-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. The ND Part-Time programme is structured as a two-year course spanning six semesters, leading to the award of a National Diploma.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for any of the listed National Diploma Part-Time programmes must fulfill the following academic criteria:
O’Level Requirements: Possession of an SSC or GCE O’Level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
Technical Alternatives: A National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with a credit level pass in a trade, plus four (4) relevant academic subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics.
How to Apply
Candidates must strictly follow the application procedures outlined below to ensure their details are captured correctly:
JAMB Office Registration: Visit any JAMB Office to complete the application procedure for ‘APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF PART-TIME PROGRAMMES’ into The Federal Polytechnic, Offa.
JAMB Fee Payment: Pay an application fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira (₦3,500) directly to JAMB to obtain a JAMB Registration Number.
Polytechnic Portal Processing: Proceed to the official institution portal at https://www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng to pay a processing fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only.
Form Completion: Click on “Admission” on the portal to complete the institutional online application form. Payments on the portal must be made using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card. No other external charges are required.
CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTE: Any candidate who fails to follow these designated methods of application will not be considered for admission. Candidate profiles must be present on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS), where all admissions are officially processed.
Important Guidelines & Screening Procedure
Credentials Upload: Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their results, certificates, and other demanded documents directly onto the polytechnic portal.
Personal Email: Every applicant must maintain a personal, active email address for communication.
Name Synchronization: All candidates must input their names in full, strictly writing their Surname first, exactly as it appears on their certificates and National Identification Number (NIN).
Security Form Submission: Applicants must fill out the security form on the portal, print out the screening slip along with the security form, and submit them personally to the Polytechnic Security Office.
Application Window: Application forms for the ND Part-Time programmes will remain available on the Polytechnic Portal for eight (8) weeks from the date of the official publication.
Warning: Provision of false or incorrect data during entry will result in automatic disqualification at any stage of discovery. Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory physical verification of their certificates.
