MODE OF ADMISSION

UTME Candidates:
​Jamb Cut Off: 150

​Candidates must have taken the 2026 UTME Examination.
​

Candidates must have chosen Mercy Medical University as First Choice or apply for a Change of Institution.
​Minimum qualification: Five (5) O’Level Credit in relevant subjects (English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.​

Direct Entry Candidates:

Must have obtained JAMB Direct Entry Form.
​Must have five (5) relevant O’Level Credits.
​

Required Advance Level results include IJMB, JUPEB, National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit, or a Degree (relevant courses) with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) or Cambridge Advance Level result.

Candidates who did not choose the school must visit a JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office for a Change of Institution.

Note: The University does not conduct a physical post-UTME Examination, but rather a screening of results.
