IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
-
Network Congestion: Due to high traffic, the portal may experience temporary slowness. If the page fails to load, please wait a few minutes before attempting to log in again.
-
Discrepancies and Complaints: If you notice any omissions (e.g., “Missing Result”) or technical errors in your uploaded grades, do not panic.
-
Visit your Departmental Examination Officer or the HOD’s Office with your signed examination attendance slip.
-
Formal complaints regarding results must typically be lodged within two (2) weeks of the release date.
-
-
Financial Clearance: Ensure your school fees and relevant charges have been fully settled, as some portals automatically restrict result access for students with outstanding balances.
NEXT STEPS: ACADEMIC ADVISING
Students are encouraged to review their performance critically. If your current GPA falls below the required threshold for your program, please consult your Academic Adviser for guidance on course registration and study strategies for the second semester.
