The management of A.D. Rufa’i College of Education, Legal and General Studies, located in Misau, Bauchi State, has officially approved the release of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) certificates for graduates who completed their programmes between 2012 and 2024.

This development was announced through a notice issued by the Academic Office Division of the institution. The notice informs all affected graduates that they can now proceed to collect their certificates after completing the required procedures.

Requirements for Certificate Collection

According to the announcement, graduates who wish to collect their certificates are required to pay a sum of ₦5,000 at the College Bursary Department. This payment serves as the processing fee for the certificate collection.

After making the payment, graduates must present the payment receipt to the Academic Office as proof of payment.

In addition to the receipt, graduates are also required to submit the following documents:

  • A handwritten application letter requesting the release of their certificate

  • A copy of their Statement of Result

These documents will enable the Academic Office to verify the identity and academic records of the applicants before the certificates are issued.

Purpose of the Announcement

The approval for the release of certificates is expected to benefit many former students of the institution who completed their programmes within the specified years but have not yet collected their certificates.

Possession of an official certificate is important for graduates as it serves as formal proof of academic qualification. It is often required for employment opportunities, further education, and professional development.

The management of A.D. Rufa’i College of Education, Legal and General Studies therefore encourages all eligible graduates to take advantage of this opportunity and process the collection of their certificates as soon as possible.

Official Authorization

The announcement was officially signed by Saidu Waziri, the Academic Secretary, on behalf of the Registrar of the college.

Graduates are advised to visit the Academic Office of the institution with the necessary documents to complete the process and receive their certificates without delay.
