This is to inform all individuals (candidates, parents and guardians) that admission into Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences Abeokuta (FUMMSA), Ogun State, has now commenced.
All admissions will be processed through the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) and candidates must have attained a minimum age of 16 years. The conditions and processes for admission are outlined below:
- Candidates must have sat for the 2025 UTME examination.
- Candidates must process the change of university through the JAMB portal.
- The minimum mark for admission to any program in FUMMSA is a JAMB score of 200. Hence, candidates whose scores are less are not eligible.
- For candidates interested in professional programs (5A-SE below), the five (5) SSCE credits required (as documented in JAMB brochure) must be obtained at a single sitting.

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB; BS)
b. Dentistry
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
C. Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy
Nursing Sciences
Bachelor of Nursing Sciences (BNSC)
Physiotherapy
Doctor of Physiotherapy
Radiography
Bachelor of Radiography (B.RAD)
Human Nutrition and Dietetics
B.Sc Human Nutrition and dietetics.
Dental therapy
Bachelor of Dental Therapy (B.DT)
Optometry
Doctor of Optometry
Information Technology
B.Sc Information Technology and Health Informatics (B.Sc. ITH)
Bachelor of Health Information Management (B.HIM)

Statistics
B.Sc Statistics
Science-Physics
B.Sc Physics
Science-Chemistry
B.Sc Chemistry

6. Post-UTME screening of candidates will be done by FUMMSA and final admissions list uploaded to JAMB portal.
7. Admission letters will be issued by JAMB.
8. Final screening of admitted candidates will be done between 25th and 29th august, 2025.
