BENUE STATE UNIVERSITY (BSU) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi (MOAUM) (formerly Benue State University) invites candidates who sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)DE, and chose (MOAUM) as their first choice of institution to register for the 2025/2026 admissions Post-UTME/DE Screening Exercise.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

Candidates must have scored at least 160 and chose MOUAM as their first choice of institution or, changed from other institutions to the University as their first choice; Candidates must have five (5) relevant O’ level credit passes (to include Mathematics and English Language) at NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) SITTINGS (UTME) and scored as indicated below:

a. Faculties of Arts, Education, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Sciences (except B. Sc. Microbiology), Social Sciences, and Technology and Industrial Studies: 160 and above:

b. Faculties of Communication and Media Studies, Architecture, B.Sc. Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, and Microbiology: 180 and above

c. B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Science, Radiography and Radiation Science: 200 and above

d. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Law (LL. B): 220 and above.

Candidates for UTME/DE admissions must mandatorily upload their O/A’level results respectively on JAMB CAPS as a compulsory requirement for the University’s screening and admission exercise.

MOUAM POST UTMEDE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1 Visit the University website: www.bsum.edu.ng

• Access the post UTME/DE portal: Under “APPLICATIONS”, click on “POST UMTE/DE” Verify Jamb Registration: Enter your JAMB registration number and click “VERIFY”

• Proceed to payment: After verification, click “PROCEED” to access the e-payment platform

• Make Payment: Pay the screening charge of N2,00.00 (two thousand Naira only)

• Complete the Application:

After successful payment, return to www.bsum.edu.ng and click on admission menu

b. Select “continue UTME/DE Application”

c. Fill out the application form and print your completed Application Form.

Important Notes:

The Campusinfo team reports that it is mandatory that all candidates upload their O/A level results on JAMB portal: failure which, they shall not be considered for the admission

• Regularly check BSU website for updates and further instructions on admission processes/next step(s)

• Candidates who applied for Nursing Science should change to other options.

• The registration exercise is to fast for one month from Wednesday, 23rd July to Friday, 22nd August, 2025.
