This is to inform all UTME and DIRECT ENTRY candidates who chose Federal University Dutsin-Ma as their first choice institution for 2025/2026 Admission Session to register online for the post-UTME screening exercise.

The UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of cutoff marks for admission into various courses in the University as follows:

a.) Minimum of 180:

1. All courses in the Faculty of Health Science & Technology

2. All courses in the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences

3. All courses in the Faculty of Nursing Sciences

4. All courses in the Faculty of Engineering.

5. All courses in the Faculty of Law.

b.) Minimurn of 160:

1. Accounting

6. Economics and Development Studies

7. Political Science

8. Library and Information Science

9. Sociology

10.Mass Communication

11.Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

12.Microbiology.

c.) Minimum of 150:

12. All courses not listed above.

d.) Direct Entry Candidates must have at least:

13. Lower Credit in National Diploma and National Innovative Diploma

14.Nine (9) points at NCE.

15.Nine (9) points (with at least three (3) points in all the courses taken) at IJMB for courses in the College of Health Sciences.

16.Six (6) points (with at least one point in all the courses taken) at IJMB for other courses.

All candidates coming for the Post UTME examination/screening and DE screening should come along with all their credentials for verification by the Physical Screening Committees. Please, kindly note that any candidate who did not come along with his credentials will not be attended to/ screened

2. PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE POST -UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

All eligible candidates are required to visit the University website  to register for the screening and make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only for post UTME screening. The registration will commence from Wednesday 23 July, 2025 and ends on Wednesday 5th August 2025 at 12:00 midnight. Date and Time for screening of each candidate will be indicated on the acknowledgement slip.

You are to note that Post -LUTME Computer Based Test (CBT) would be conducted after which successful candidates will proceed for physical screening.

The steps required are

a) Click on to the website

b) Create Account by clicking Start here

c) Provide your Jamb Registration Number, active email address and password of your choice.

d) You will receive a verification link to verify your email

e) After Successful login, you can click Continue application

1) Ensure you fill in the correct information about your personal and academic data in the columns available.

2) Ensure you put one correct and active phone number in the column of your personal data.

h) in the academic data section, you must provide minimum of five (5) Olevel subjects with grade or Awaiting result (AR).

i) Go to the Fees & Charges for processing of the payment

j)After payment, print the payment receipt and PUTME schedule Slip.

k) Two days to CBT EXAMS, you will receive your CBT Login Credentials via email.
