Eligibility

1. Candidates must have chosen Western Delta University, Oghara (WDU) as their preferred institution and must have a minimum score of 150 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

2. Candidates who want to be admitted into WDU but have not chosen the University as their first choice are to undertake change of institution on the JAMB Portal

3. 2025 Direct Entry (DE) Candidates must meet the relevant admission requirements and must have applied through JAMB.

4. All Candidates for either UTME or DE must have five (5) Credits, including English Language and Mathematics in WAEC/NECO at not more than two (2) sittings in addition to other requirements of the specific Department.

Method of application

If WDU is not the first choice, Candidates are to visit JAMB Portal www.jamb.gov.ng to change their university of choice and programme of study to WDU.

iL All candidates are to ensure that they upload their ‘O’ Level and 2025 UTME results on the

JAMB and University Portais, and

iii. Candidates are to pay prescribed fees.

iv. Candidates can apply physically at the University main campus at Oghara, or online using through the University Portal.
