The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has released an important notice to all newly admitted students and members of staff regarding the payment of acceptance fees for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar, Mrs. Blossom E. Okorie, the University management has approved the immediate activation of the online payment portal to enable newly admitted students to make their payments with ease.

🗓️ Deadline: Thursday, October 30, 2025.
After this date, the portal will be closed, and any student who fails to pay within the stipulated period will automatically forfeit their admission.

💳 How to Pay the UNIUYO Acceptance Fee

  1. Visit any commercial bank to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code.

  2. Use the RRR to make your official payment of the acceptance fee.

  3. Print your payment receipt after a successful transaction.

  4. Proceed to the Bursary Department of the University for authentication and verification of your e-payment receipt.

This verification confirms that your payment has been successfully received and recorded in the University’s database.
