Are you a beneficiary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP)? Do you want to go to school but don’t have enough money? Here’s some great news! The PAP Scholarship Portal is now open for the 2025/2026 academic session, and you can apply for a chance to go to school for free.
Whether you want to study for a first degree (undergraduate) or a master’s degree (postgraduate), this scholarship can help you pay for your education in any public or private university in Nigeria.
Let’s explain everything in a very simple way, so you can understand how it works, who can apply, and what you will get if you’re selected.
📢 What is the PAP Scholarship?
The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) was created to help promote peace and development in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. It supports ex-agitators and people from communities that were affected by conflicts in the area.
One of the best ways PAP helps is through education scholarships. These scholarships help people go to school, build a career, and live a better life.
Now, for the 2025/2026 session, PAP has opened its onshore scholarship, meaning it covers education within Nigeria.
📅 When is the Application Period?
The application window for the PAP scholarship opens on:
-
Friday, 11 July 2025
And closes on:
-
Friday, 8 August 2025
This gives you almost one month to apply, so don’t wait until the last minute. Start gathering your documents now and apply early.
