1️⃣ Must have chosen Kano State Polytechnic as their first choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME); OR
2️⃣ Must have completed a Change of Institution to Kano State Polytechnic through the JAMB Green Card Portal and selected the Polytechnic as their first choice.

Only candidates who meet these requirements are qualified to obtain the Post-UTME screening form.

• The screening form is available for purchase at a non-refundable fee of ₦2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira) only.
