The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF), Katsina State, has officially announced the commencement of its online Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who selected the university as their first choice in the 2025 UTME are invited to apply.

📅 Application Starts: Tuesday, 21st October 2025
📅 Application Ends: Friday, 25th October 2025
💻 Mode of Screening: Online (No physical screening)

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have chosen FUMHSF as their first choice institution.

• Must have scored 180 and above in the 2025 UTME.

• Must have uploaded O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) on the JAMB CAPS.

• Must possess a valid email address and phone number for registration.

📝 HOW TO APPLY

Follow the steps below to complete your screening:

1. Visit the admission portal: https://portal.fumhsf.edu.ng

2. Click on “Create New Account”

3. Register using a valid email address and complete required details

4. Log in and follow the on-screen steps

5. Verify your JAMB Registration Number and personal information

6. Pay the screening fee of ₦2,000 via REMITA
   (Bank charges not included)

7. Complete the online screening form

8. Upload your credentials:

   • O’Level result

   • Recent passport photograph

   • JAMB result slip

9. Submit and print your acknowledgment slip

10. Visit https://jamb.gov.ng to confirm your O’Level upload

• The screening exercise is STRICTLY ONLINE

• Do NOT visit the university campus for screening

• The portal will close on 25th October 2025

🔁 CHANGE OF PROGRAMME

Candidates who scored 180 and above but did not meet the cut-off marks for their preferred courses may be considered for other available programmes.
Such candidates are advised to:

• Login to their JAMB portal

• Accept the change of course

• Continue with the Post-UTME screening
