In a major milestone for academic growth and the strengthening of Nigeria’s higher education sector, the National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved the establishment of three new full-time academic programmes for the Federal University Kashere (FUK) in Gombe State. According to the NUC, the approval followed a comprehensive resource verification exercise conducted by specialized panels of experts. 2. Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.)

Institutions intending to introduce part-time or distance-learning versions must undergo a separate resource verification process and secure formal approval before such modes can commence.
