All prospective candidates who applied for admission into Bayelsa Medical University, Yenagoa (BMU) as institution of First Choice and those willing to change their institution and make Bayelsa Medical University their First Choice with a UTME score of 150 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME are required to apply online and pay for the Bayelsa Medical University screening exercise online application form

Candidates who wrote the 2025/2026 UTME examination and scored 150 or above and have selected, or are willing to select BMU as their first choice should visit University Website, select desired programme then register and apply.

The online application will require scanned copies of the following:

• Scanned passport size photography
• 2025 JAMB UTME Result slip
• B.Sc./HND/ND/NCE/A’Level Certificate (Direct Entry Candidates Only)
• O’level Result (NECO, WAEC)
• Birth Certificates or Statutory Declaration of Age
• Local Government Identification Letter/Certificate
