AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY (AAU) BEGINS REGISTRATION FOR JAMB REGULARIZATION OF IRREGULAR ADMISSIONS FOR AFFECTED (1993–2016) CANDIDATES
The Management of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, has issued a press release directing all current students and graduates with irregular admissions covering the period from 1993 to 2016 to report to the Student Affairs Division for registration with the Dean of Students.
This exercise is designed to verify affected candidates so the university can appeal to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for the condonement and regularization of irregular admissions. The goal is to resolve admission issues that prevent the issuance of official JAMB admission letters and mobilization for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
Affected students and graduates are required to comply with the following registration directives:
* Required Information: Candidates must submit their full names, matriculation numbers, departments, years of admission, telephone numbers, and relevant admission documents.
* Venue: Registration takes place physically at the Student Affairs Division with the Dean of Students.
* Registration Timeline: The registration exercise commences immediately and closes on Wednesday, 18th November 2026 during official working hours.
* Processing & JAMB Approval: Registration at the university is strictly for documentation and verification; final approval for regularization remains subject to JAMB’s consideration.
The university management emphasizes that prompt cooperation from affected candidates will enable AAU to submit a comprehensive record to JAMB for condonement. All affected students and graduates are urged to complete their registration before the November 18 deadline.
