ADAMAWA STATE COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP STUDIES ANNOUNCES ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ND/BASIC SKILLS CANDIDATES FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Management of Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies (ADCOTIES), Gulak, wishes to inform the general public, and most especially all candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Basic Skills Programmes, that the admission exercise for the current academic session is now in progress.
All candidates who have been duly offered admission are hereby directed to report to the College Administrative Block without delay for the mandatory admission screening exercise. This screening is a compulsory stage in the admission process, and no candidate will be considered fully admitted into the College until the exercise has been satisfactorily completed.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING
Applicants reporting for screening are required to come along with the following:
– Original copies of all relevant academic credentials, including O’Level results, Birth Certificate, Local Government Identification, and any other supporting documents used during the application process
– Photocopies of the above documents, for submission where required
– Evidence of payment of relevant fees, where applicable
– Any other document as may be specified on the College admission portal or by the Admissions Office
Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents are complete, valid, and properly arranged before reporting for screening, as incomplete documentation may delay the verification process.
NOTE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Parents and guardians are kindly and earnestly appealed to for their support in this process. They are advised to ensure that their children and wards who have been offered admission report to the College promptly for the screening exercise, as failure to do so within the stipulated period may affect the status of the admission offered.
FOR PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS YET TO APPLY
The Management also wishes to use this medium to inform members of the public, particularly prospective candidates who are yet to apply, that the admission portal remains open for registration. Such candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the College admission portal without further delay and complete their registration before the closing date of Sunday, 11th October, 2026, as no applications will be entertained after this date.
Candidates and parents are advised to disregard any information not officially issued by the College, and to always confirm admission related matters through the official channels stated below.
