UNIVERSITY OF OFFA ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION DATE FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of the University of Offa has officially announced Monday, 31st August, 2026, as the resumption date for the commencement of the 2026/2027 academic session.
The announcement was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kazeem Gbolagade, informing members of the University community that all students are expected to resume academic activities on the approved date.
According to the memo, both returning and newly admitted students are required to return to campus on Monday, 31st August, 2026, and complete all necessary registration procedures without delay.
Registration and Academic Activities
The University management advised students to ensure that all registration formalities are completed promptly, as lectures and other academic activities will commence immediately after resumption.
Students are therefore encouraged to make adequate preparations ahead of the resumption date to avoid delays that could affect their academic activities.
Students Advised to Maintain Good Conduct
The University also reminded students to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the academic session by adhering strictly to the institution’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
Management emphasized the importance of discipline, commitment, and compliance with all University policies to ensure a peaceful and productive learning environment.
