YUSUF MAITAMA SULE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION ANNOUNCES MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of Yusuf Maitama Sule Federal University of Education is pleased to inform the general public and the entire university community that the formal matriculation exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has been officially scheduled.

This ceremony serves as the formal induction for all newly admitted students into the university’s academic fold, marking the beginning of their official journey as members of the institution.

• Time: 2:30 PM Prompt

• Venue: New Theatre, New Site

II. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MATRICULATING CANDIDATES

To ensure a successful and orderly ceremony, all fresh students are required to adhere to the following:

• Punctuality: Candidates must arrive at the venue early. All students are expected to be seated well before the 2:30 PM start time to accommodate the academic procession.

• Academic Regalia: Matriculants should ensure they have collected their official academic gowns and caps from their respective faculties or designated units.

• Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for all newly admitted students to finalize their status as bona fide students of the university.
