The Management of Sokoto State University is pleased to announce its combined convocation ceremony for the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th sets of graduates. This landmark event marks a significant milestone for the institution as it celebrates the academic achievements of multiple graduating classes.

I. EVENT DETAILS

• Date: Monday, 15th June – Saturday, 20th June 2026

• Time: 9:00 AM prompt daily

• Venue: University Main Campus, Sokoto

III. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUANDS

To ensure a seamless and orderly celebration, all graduands are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Punctuality: Events will commence strictly at 9:00 AM. Graduands and their guests are advised to be seated at the venue well in advance.

• Academic Regalia: Graduands must ensure they have collected their official academic gowns from their respective faculties or the central store as per the university’s schedule.

• Security & Protocol: Guests and graduands are requested to follow all security protocols and parking directions provided by the university’s security unit upon arrival at the main campus.
