1. JAMB Requirement

Candidates must have:

• Sat for the 2026 UTME conducted by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board
• Chosen the correct subject combination:

  • Physics
• Scored a minimum of 180

 Candidates who did not initially choose UITH must change their institution to the College of Nursing Sciences, UITH via a JAMB-accredited CBT centre.

2. O’Level Requirements

Applicants must have:

• At least five (5) credits in:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
• Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings

 Important:

• NABTEB is accepted
• However, NABTEB cannot be combined with other O’Level results

3. Age Requirement

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application

4. Additional Conditions

Applicants must:

• Have no criminal record
• Not have deformities of the hands
