The Management of the Eco-African College of Health Sciences and Management Technology cordially invites the general public, parents, guardians, and well-wishers to its 3rd Matriculation Ceremony. This landmark event marks the official induction of the Class of 2026 into the academic and professional fold of the institution.

To ensure a structured and celebratory atmosphere for our matriculating students and guests, please adhere to the following schedule:

II. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CEREMONY
This milestone is more than a formal tradition; it represents a solemn commitment to the professional training and ethical development required in the modern health and management sectors.

Official Induction: Fresh students will formally take the matriculation oath, pledging to uphold the rules, regulations, and ethical standards of the College.

III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MATRICULATING STUDENTS

Academic Regalia: All matriculants are expected to be dressed in their official academic gowns. Please contact your Departmental Officer immediately for gown collection schedules and payment details.

Arrival Protocol: To facilitate an orderly academic procession, all students must be arrived and seated at the venue no later than 10:30 AM. No student will be allowed to join the procession once the Provost’s party has commenced entry.

Photography and Conduct: Designated areas will be available for photographs following the ceremony. Students are reminded that discipline is a core value of the institution; therefore, orderly conduct is expected throughout the proceedings.
IV. ADVISORY TO PARENTS AND GUESTS

Parking: Security personnel will be on-site to direct vehicles to designated parking zones.

Seating: Guests are requested to remain in the designated gallery areas and stay seated during the administration of the matriculation oath to maintain the solemnity of the exercise.

Celebrations: While we share in the joy of this milestone, we ask that all private receptions be conducted in a manner that respects the campus environment.
