AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY, EKPOMA REOPENS COURSE REGISTRATION PORTAL FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Mrs.) Eunice E. Omonzejie, has graciously approved a final window for the reopening of the university registration portal. This directive is aimed at ensuring that all students who faced challenges during the initial registration period can now regularize their academic standing for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

This extension is a critical administrative concession, and all affected students are urged to treat this notice with the utmost urgency to avoid academic penalties or the loss of the current session.

I. EXTENSION DEADLINE AND PORTAL CLOSURE

The portal is now active for all categories of students who have outstanding registration requirements (Course Registration, Fee Payments, or Bio-data Updates).

  • Closing Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026

  • Time: 11:59 PM Prompt

  • Finality: There will be no further extensions granted beyond this date. The portal will be systematically deactivated at the stipulated time.

II. MANDATORY ACTIONS FOR STUDENTS

To ensure your registration is valid and recognized by the University Senate, please follow these steps:

  1. Fee Verification: Ensure all departmental, faculty, and central university dues are cleared and reflected on your personal dashboard.

  2. Course Enrollment: Register for all required first and second-semester modules. Ensure you “Submit” and “Print” your course forms for departmental endorsement.

  3. Bio-data Audit: Review your personal information, including your matriculation number and contact details, to ensure accuracy for the upcoming examination period.

III. ADVISORY TO CONCERNED STUDENTS

  • Prompt Action: Do not wait until the final 24 hours to begin your registration. System congestion often occurs near the deadline, which may lead to unsuccessful submissions.

  • Technical Support: Students experiencing portal-related glitches or “payment not reflected” issues should visit the ICT Directorate or the Student Affairs Office immediately for resolution.

  • Consequences: Failure to complete registration by April 15th will mean you are not a bona fide student for the session, which will result in the inability to sit for examinations or access academic results.

CONCLUSION: UTILIZING THE OPPORTUNITY

The University Management remains committed to the academic success and welfare of all students. This reopening is a supportive measure to ensure no student is left behind due to administrative delays. Please be guided accordingly and complete your registration within the stipulated timeframe.
