This decision was reached by the University Senate to ensure the smooth execution of several high-priority institutional events and to allow students a more conducive environment for academic preparation.

The two-week postponement is necessitated by a dense schedule of university-wide activities that overlap with the initial examination dates. To ensure maximum participation and administrative efficiency, the university has prioritized the following events:
