The Management of Aminu Saleh College of Education (ASCOEA), Azare, has officially announced that the 2025/2026 academic session will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Lecture Period

Lectures for NCE students will begin immediately from the start of the session and continue throughout the semester.


Undergraduate Programme Registration Details

For students in the Undergraduate programmes, the approved schedule is as follows:

Normal Registration

  • January 5 – January 26, 2026

All undergraduate students are expected to complete their registration within this period.

Late Registration

  • January 26 – February 2, 2026

Late registration is allowed for students who miss the normal registration window, but it comes with an additional charge.

Lecture Period

  • January 12 – April 18, 2026

Lectures for undergraduate students will begin on January 12, 2026, and will run through April 18, 2026.


Late Registration Penalty

The college management has made it clear that late registration attracts a penalty fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000).

Students who fail to:

  • Register during the normal registration period and

  • Register during the late registration period

will be required to defer the academic session. This means such students will not be allowed to participate in academic activities for the 2025/2026 session.


Collection of Admission Letters

The management also announced that admission letters for both NCE and Undergraduate students are now ready for collection.

  • Collection begins on Monday, January 5, 2026

  • Venue: Admission and Registration Office

All newly admitted students are advised to collect their admission letters early to avoid delays in registration.
