   • Candidates must have sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 170.

   • They must also have selected Nursing or a related course as their preferred choice during registration.

2. Age Requirement:

   • All applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before November 30, 2025.

3. O’Level Requirement:

   • Candidates must possess credit passes in five (5) relevant subjects — English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics — obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or SSCE.

Only candidates who meet all these requirements will be considered for admission. The College advises applicants to ensure their documents are complete and accurate before purchasing the application form.

💰 Method of Application

Interested and eligible candidates are to obtain the application form after paying a non-refundable application fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (₦30,000) only.

Payment Method:
The payment must be made directly to the Bursary Department of the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH).

After payment, candidates will be issued an application form which must be filled carefully and submitted along with all required documents.

Documents Required at the Point of Registration:

1. Three (3) recent coloured passport photographs.

2. Photocopies of all relevant academic credentials.

3. A printed copy of the JAMB result slip showing the candidate’s UTME score.

The collection and submission of application forms will begin on Monday, 3rd November 2025, and close on Friday, 14th November 2025.

🧪 Post-UTME Screening Exercise

The Post-UTME Screening Exercise has been scheduled to hold on Monday, 17th November 2025, at the College Auditorium, located within the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital premises.

Time: 9:00 a.m. prompt.

All candidates are expected to report to the venue early, neatly dressed, and fully prepared for the screening exercise.

Requirements for the Screening:

• Proof of payment for the application form.

• A copy of the completed registration slip.

• JAMB printout showing evidence of UTME participation.
