2025/2026 Online Admission Screening Exercise for 100 Level and Direct Entry Candidates

This is to notify the general public, particularly candidates seeking admission into the Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu in the 2025/2026 academic session, of the commencement and guidelines for the post-UTME online admission screening exercise as follows:

1.0 Eligibility for Screening

  1. Only candidates who chose LASUSTECH as their First Choice Institution in the 2025/2026 UTME, obtained a minimum UTME score of 195, and possess the required O’Level subjects at credit level in not more than two (2) sittings are eligible for admission.
  2. All Direct Entry candidates must have obtained a Direct Entry Form from JAMB and chosen LASUSTECH as First Choice. Such candidates are required to apply for the screening.
  3. Only candidates of Lagos State Origin (100 Level and Direct Entry) who have successfully verified their claims before the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) will be allowed to participate.

2.0 Method of Application

Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of ₦10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only to LASUSTECH via:

3.0 Period of the Screening Exercise

The Online Screening Portal will open at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29th July, 2025 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, 31st August, 2025.

4.0 General Information

  • Every candidate must satisfy the O’Level requirements of their chosen programme before completing the application form.
  • All candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
  • Note: The screening exercise does not require candidates to be physically present on the university campus.
