University of Medical Sciences Admission

The University of Medical Sciences, Ondo City, Ondo State, is pleased to announce that applications are now open for undergraduate admission in the 2025/2026 academic session. We invite all suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into our various faculties and disciplines.

We offer a range of programs in various faculties, including:

Faculty of Clinical Sciences: Medicine and Surgery

Faculty of Dental Sciences: Dentistry, Dental Therapy, Dental Technology

Faculty of Pharmacy: Doctor of Pharmacy

Faculty of Medical Rehabilitation: Doctor of Physiotherapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy

Faculty of Nursing Science: Nursing Science

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences: Medical Laboratory Science, Radiography and Radiation Science, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Information Management, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Health Care Administration & Hospital Management

Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

– Have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or GCE in the following subjects: Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in one or two sittings, as specified by the relevant departments.

– For programs such as Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, and Doctor of Physiotherapy, the above-stated five (5) O’ Level credits must be obtained at only one (1) sitting.

– Candidates who chose the University of Medical Sciences as their most preferred (1st) Choice Institution in the 2025 UTME and scored 150 and above are eligible to apply for the Post UTME Screening.

– Candidates who did not choose the University of Medical Sciences and are willing to change to the Institution as their most preferred (1st) choice are also advised to apply for the Post UTME Screening.

How to Apply

To apply for admission, candidates can visit our website  and follow the steps below:

1. Click on Admission

2. Click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal

3. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via the online payment system using Naira DEBIT Cards

4. After payment, Click Here to Print Payment Receipt

5. On the Post-UTME Portal, Click on Application Login to Login with your UTME/DE Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID as Password to complete the Post-UTME registration.

Important Dates

– The 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will be held on Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th, and Thursday 28th of August 2025.

– Venue of Examination and other modalities for the 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated to validly registered candidates via their individual portal on the University Website before the above-stated dates.

What to Note

– All candidates will be required to bring along the following items to the screening venue: JAMB 2025 UTME Notification of Results Slip/Registration Slip for Direct-Entry Candidates; Printed copy of the completed 2025 Post UTME Screening slip.
